It is not every day that we have the opportunity to see swan eggs being incubated. I have been aware of this nest for some time so I took my camera and long telephoto lens n the hope of seeing something worth capturing. I was not disappointed!

The images below show 5 or 6 eggs being parented by the adult swan. The weather was warm today so it will not be long until the eggs hatch.

It would be great to photograph the new chicks so I will report back on progress in the next day or so.
