This post outlines the typical scope of video and photography work I provide for Community, Personal, Family, and Charity Events of a 3-5 hour duration.
There is typically a single shooter for photographs and video to keep costs to a minimum.
We endeavour to:
• Photograph and video the environment (room and set).
• Photograph and video guests throughout the evening.
• Photograph speakers, Master of Ceremonies, and award winners as appropriate.
• Photograph closing celebrations.
• Capture video clips of speeches and presentations/awards.
We will either prioritise photography over video or vice versa depending on client instructions.
You will get a video of around 45-60 minutes. I cannot guarantee video capture of every activity or item on an agenda due to constraints on time and equipment.
I require a feed from the PA system to record good-quality audio for the video recording. Please confirm the following:
We provide video lights to improve video recording of speakers and the immediate surroundings where lighting conditions are challenging. This is at an additional cost. However:
This requires a dedicated camera and operator, set up and testing, and management during an event to ensure good angles of view and audio. This is an additional charge.

Your photographs will be edited for colour temperature, cropped, and presented as high-definition files.
Video clips will be combined to provide a single HD video file. If you want individual clips then this will require significantly more editing time which will incur an additional cost. Unless you let me know otherwise, I will produce a single video file.
