It was a chilly winter morning and snowing heavily. I decided to take advantage of the conditions to photograph birds in the inclement weather. As I was sitting in my car, waiting for the snow to stop, something caught my eye. Two swans were preening and dancing in a pre-mating ritual right in front of my car.
I couldn’t believe my luck. I had my Sony camera and 100-600mm lens with me, and I quickly got out of the car, hoping to capture the moment before it passed. The swans were so mesmerising that I completely forgot about the blizzard. I felt like I was witnessing something truly magical, and I knew that I had to capture it on camera.
Thanks to my equipment, I was able to get some stunning shots of the swans. Their grace and beauty were captivating, and I felt grateful to have been able to witness such a beautiful moment in nature.
The swans continued their dance for several minutes, and I was able to capture a sequence of their movements. It was an unforgettable encounter that left me in awe of the beauty of nature.
It’s moments like these that remind us of the beauty that surrounds us and the importance of preserving it in my photography.
