VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES

Half Day Package (4 hours):

  • Professionally captured and edited photographs and videos in 4k.
  • Up to 100 edited photographs.
  • Extended video presentations, (more than 10 minutes), are provided as separate files.
  • Single video light
  • High dynamic range audio recording

Price: £215

Full Day Package (8 hours):

  • Professionally captured and edited photographs and videos in 4k.
  • Up to 200 edited photographs.
  • Extended video presentations, (more than 10 minutes), are provided as separate files.
  • Single video light
  • High dynamic range audio recording

Price: £399

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Extended attendance: £25 per hour.
  • Additional shooter (Photography and/or video) – pricing on request
  • Expedited delivery of edited materials (within 48 hours): £50
  • Editing and delivery of short clips for social media – £35 per hour
  • Additional edited photographs (Batches of 50 images): £35.
  • Laptop, projector and screen rental: £50.
  • Professional backdrop (8’x8’) for guest photography: £25
  • USB for file delivery:£15
  • Additional video light: £25.

NOTES

  • All packages include coverage of the location and guests, opening remarks, and key agenda presentations.
  • Edited materials will be delivered digitally (via Google) and/ or optional USB.
  • Edited images will be delivered within 7 working days, expedited options are available.
  • Allow 1 hour for equipment setup and tear down outside of half and full-day sessions.
  • Travel expenses may apply for locations 15 miles outside of Milton Keynes.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
